Refunds:  We will refund the total cost of the  item(s) to the customer. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition that it was received.  Please note that we will not refund the initial shipping charge, nor the return shipping cost for any merchandise.  We will credit your account within three days of receiving the item(s).  Please wait at least two billing cycles for this to be recorded on your credit card statement.

Replacements:  Any item(s) that need to be replaced will be shipped within 3 business days after the defective item(s) has been received.  We will pay all shipping charges.

Exchanges:  We will exchange your product for a different product if you desire.  The product(s) must be in its original condition and must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

For all returns, please be sure to use a traceable carrier.  We will not be responsible for items that do not reach us.  We will e-mail you when the return/exchange has been received and processed.
